2020 LOXTON RSL ANZAC DAY SERVICE

The Loxton RSL and Districts Memorial Room was officially opened on Sunday 16th September 2018 by His Excellency, The Honourable Mr Hieu Van Le AC, Governor of South Australia.

The Memorial Room is a collection of military memorabilia donated for display and safe keeping. In the Memorial Room you will see Honour Rolls from Loxton and some of the townships nearby, showing the names of those who enlisted in both WWI and WWII, many of whom paid the ultimate sacrifice; mannequins dressed in Wartime uniforms, medal displays, military badges and many photos. Outside you will see an amazing mural, battle machinery, and "Cliff", our Solider at Rest, who was carved from a Norfolk Island Pine tree which was grown close to where he stands.

Come and take the time to walk through history and recognise those who served for us.
